1-Componenet, Thermoplastic Acrylic Etch PrimerIndustrial Etch Primer is a fast-drying, single-pack thermoplastic acrylic coating designed to provide excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance on ferrous and non-ferrous metal substrates. The product incorporates active anti-corrosive pigments and surface etching properties to enhance substrate bonding and coating durability.

Recommended coating thickness is approximately 40-60 microns per coat

Touch dry in 10-15 minutes
Recoat time (at 25 C)
Re-coatable: 30-60 minutes
APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Conventional spray
- Airless spray
- Brush or roller for small areas and touch-up work
- Temperature: 10°C – 40°C
- Relative Humidity: Below 85%
- Thinner: Toluene / Xylene blend
- Equipment cleaning: Same as thinner
CLEANING OF EQUIPMENT
Xylene can be used for cleaning tools and equipment before the mixed compound begins to harden. Once cured, it can only be removed mechanically.
