Alka 801 is a fast-curing, textured surface, multipurpose material designed for commercial and industrial applications requiring high chemical resistance and abrasion resistance.
Alka 801 is based on aromatic polyurea chemistry and will change colour with long-term exposure to U.V. light. A U.V. stable paint system can be applied for colour retention.

Usage
Alka 801 is a two-component, spray-in-place, solvent-free, flexible, and 100% solids polyurea elastomer
system. This product has a very fast reaction profile as it is formulated for spray application through plural
component spray equipment. Alka 801 can be used in:
- Industrial usages,
- Tanks, Linings,
- Roofings,
- Where extreme chemical resistance is required.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Alka 801 is a spray-in-place membrane. The hose temperature and system temperature must be set to 60°C.
Also, drums of components should be pre-heated to at least 25°C prior to mixing or dispensing.
For details of the application, check with your ALKA Representative for compatibility before application.
Clean-up
Reusable tools should be cleaned carefully with Xylene or MEK before curing.
